What awaits
A map of the townsite of Progress City was filed for record with the Brewster County clerk in 1910, but Progress City was a phantom town located on the top of Santiago Peak. Thousands of tiny inaccessible lots were sold to unsuspecting buyers (TX-T50/p69)
