Hialeah Trunk-or-Treat Costumes, decorated vehicles and candy stations fill Milander Park during the City of Hialeah’s annual family Halloween celebration. Taking place Saturday, October 31, the event begins at 6 p.m. and also features food trucks, music and a Kid Zone with activities for children.
